Rugby Uniform
A rugby uniform, or kit, is built to be tough for a full-contact sport.
Jersey
- Purpose: Must be hard to grab and tough to tear.
- Materials: Heavy-duty Polyester (or strong synthetic blends).
- Design Notes: Very tight-fitting (especially for professionals) and has reinforced stitching on the seams and collar for extreme durability.
Shorts
- Purpose: Loose-fitting and durable for range of motion.
- Materials: Durable synthetic fabrics like Polyester or Nylon.
- Design Notes: No pockets, and made with material that won’t easily rip.
